A: The easiest way to place an order is online. Your shipping cost may be more expensive due to the shipping fees that may apply for out of country shipping. At that time if you wish to process the order, we will need a credit card number, billing address, contact number and e-mail. Then you may place the order.
Q: Does marclothing.com offer bulk quantity discounts? 

A: marclothing.com tries to accommodate bulk quantity orders when possible, but each product inventory and availability is different. Your requests are evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis. Q: How should I care for my MAR products? 

A: We recommend that our Mar products are air dry. Please wash each item inside out on a gentle wash cycle or for the best results, hand wash and air dry.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot take phone orders at this time.
Q: What size should I buy? 

A: Be sure to check out the Sizing Chart on our web page. All products will vary slightly in sizing from style to style.

A: No, we respect and value our customers’ privacy and you will only be contacted by Mar Clothing. We will never disclose our customers info to a third party.
Q: How do you ship your orders? 

A: Once your order is received and your credit card is approved, orders within the US are shipped within 3-7 business days. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to shipping and order backups. Once your product has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can track your package.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 

A: MAR CLOTHING, LLC will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of your credit card approval.
Q: What if an item is out of stock? 

A: MAR CLOTHING, LLC attempts to only offer products that are in stock, although due to unexpected large orders, we may run out of stock. If in any case you order a product that is out of stock we will contact you by email. The items that are in stock will be shipped to you and the items that are on back order will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

Q: Does MAR CLOTHING, LLC offer pre-orders? 

A: Yes, we have items that will pop up on our web page for pre-order, which means you can pre-order that item and it will ship as soon as it's in stock. Your card will be charged and the items will be shipped out when they are received in stock.
