In the event that you're not completely satisfied, the following Return/Exchange policy will help us more quickly attend to your needs. Exchanges and returns must take place within 7 days of purchase.

First, locate your invoice which should have been shipped with your order. Then write us a brief note explaining what the problem is with your purchase (wrong color, wrong size, damaged, didn' t like) and how you would like us to handle the transaction. You may exchange the item or get online credit. On that same note, be sure to include a contact name, daytime phone number and where you would like the exchange delivered. Finally, mail the product, a copy of the Invoice and note to:

Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making an exchange there may be a shipping charge added to your order (this will be determined by the weight of the additional items). A customer service representative will contact you with the shipping cost should one be added prior to completing your order.

Customers requesting online credit must present a copy of their original invoice in order to receive a credit. All other customers returning merchandise without a copy of their original invoice are only entitled to an exchange or refund to a gift card. Mar Clothing policy prohibits the return of "intimate apparel" which includes swimsuits, wetsuits and undergarments unless all tags and liners are still attached and the item has not been worn. Also please note shipping is non-refundable if an error was not made on your shipment. Please allow 2-6 weeks for processing and return delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as UPS or USPS.
